Do you have Growing Together? I believe one of the toddler quirks you can get is messy eater.
Yes, I have everything, but this is different. It happens multiple times while the child is eating and they're not throwing food on the floor with this bug. I veered away from that house and went to one without a toddler. Will have to go back and see if it went away.
It sounds like the messy eater quirk to me, or at least how it manifests in my game. Is there supposed to be a throwing food on the floor animation/notification?
