Hello,
I just tested out my Sims 4 game for the same issue I have been getting. Now, I took out all my Mods, saved, and tray files. I tested out my name without any of the files, and it worked. Then I tested it again with the tray files back. No problems there. Then, I put all the saved files back, and I got the Error Code 111:6b63f47b:ed1ef49b message. So it is a saved file issue. I have attacked two potential save files via .rar that might be the issue. The one that is .save.rar also has ver01 to 4. I couldn't add them all in here because the file was too large. Do I just take out one of them and see if I get the same error message?
I haven't added all the mods back in, yet. I will do that once I get rid of one or more of the saved files.
Hello,
I tested it again, and it was the last Save that was the issue. I have create another family that I was about to play with an idea. But I am going to use a different building.

So yes, it will only be one house that has the issue.
If you don't care about the home it's easiest to enter it in build mode and just bulldoze it and build something new, that should get rid of it.
