Tray folder

Is there any way to distinguish between different households/Sims you created in your tray folder? Like, let's say I want to remove a Sim from managed households and My Library, but still have the option of putting them back in the game at a later date (like, I don't want to see them anywhere in my game. At all).  There are well over 100 files in my tray - I would assume that each BPI/Blueprint/SGI/Householdbinary/trayitem/HHI set of files would correspond to a particular Sim/lot saved to My Library? I also have the tray importer - can a Sim and all its unique attributes/facial features/saved body dimensions/choices be saved in there as well?

I just don't want to copy my entire tray folder into an external hard drive, go into the game and delete the one or two sims I want gone, exit the game delete the folder's contents, and then have all empty lots when I sign back in.

All files for one particular household/lot uploaded to your Library should have the same timestamp. Sorting by date/time in theTray folder should help.

So what you're saying is: this Sim is currently saved in Manage Households (Not in World) and a copy of them is saved to My Library. I can go into CAS and just click on the file folder at top right to save them again, delete the previous version of them that was in My Library, and the newly updated files in the Tray folder will be timestamped with the exact date and time as I saved the new copy from CAS?

Ah, I figured it out. Went into CAS, re-saved the household to my library, went into my library, deleted the old version, exited, went into my tray folder, and found all the files timestamped. I removed them from the folder, put them in a separate zipped folder on my desktop, and then emailed the file to myself. And then I experimented with adding the files back in and removing them and it totally worked. So thank you so much for your help!

@Sapphir567keep in mind your tray file is the my library in the gallary tab and its everything that was preloaded by the game in install, and lots and sims you downloaded from the gallary. These can be accessed by any game save.
