two issues

first one is that I downloaded the royal legacy pack and it worked for a while and then i uninstalled to save space on this computer but wanted it back so I reinstalled it and it says that it is downloaded but none of the items show up and you are unable to start a legacy. The world is faded out and it says that it will be available when the pack is downloaded but download manager says that it is downloaded. I did try to do a few things google told me but they didn't work, at first I thought it was because i downloaded the legacy expansion on another computer but that isn't supposed to matter. 

 second issue is that I just downloaded the new adventure pack and now I am unable to click on any sims for any interactions, even the sim being played. i restarted the game but it still wasn't working. I am able to click on animals and interact and other objects like the stove.
