@LeissaMyst It might be but I've had this issue for a few weeks now and I've done everything to try and fix it. I even messaged one of the chat agents and the only "advice" I got was that I needed the original order number for the Sims 4 purchase before they could look into anything. I bought the Sims 4 back when it first came out in 2014, who the hell keeps an order number from that long ago. It's like they don't care if somethings working no matter how many times a bug is reported it never seems to get fixed
