UNABLE TO GO ONLINE.

My gallery keeps saying "unable to go online" yet my origin and laptop are connected to the internet. Does anyone know how to fix it? I really need to get into my gallery and be able to download othe...

Is anyone else having problems connecting to the Gallery? It just shows the attempting to connect window
