unable to play sims 4 paranormal stuff pack

I bought the paranormal stuff pack 2 days ago and I am unable to play the game. It downloaded without a problem but when I open the game, it says the stuff pack is unavailable. I've tried to repair it trough origin, removed sims 4 entirely off of my computer, but when I redownloaded it, the paranormal stuff pack still won't show up. I am having this same issue with the sims 4 throwback fit kit. Is there anything else that could be done to fix this, or can I get a refund?
