Unable to upload one specific build

I've been trying for several days to upload a Sulani hotel build I did, but it keeps timing out.

It is only this specific build (residential small bussiness lot) that I cannot upload. I have uploaded another build without issues between tries for this specific build that keeps timing out. 
I have no issues getting onto the gallery, downloading anything from the gallery or uploading other builds. It is just this one build.
There's no cc used, there were no issues during the play testing, it doesn't use that many packs and nothing gives an error on this build.
I can upload it to my library without issues as well. Just not the gallery.

I also have no issues with internet and I only use mccc when it comes to mods.
I have no other issues in my game at this time.

If anyone has any ideas, it would be very appreciated.

    LizzieSims98​ Typically, when you get those messages only for one lot, it's something on the lot or about the lot causing the problem.  It could be the total number of objects if you've placed a large amount of clutter or it's a big lot with a lot of objects on it.  It could also be something you've placed near or on the edge tiles.  Rotated items, Alt placed items and MOO placed items in an edge tile where part of the footprint is outside the lot can do it.  Roofs with extended eaves that extend to the lot edge or over can cause problems too.  Uneven terrain in the edge tiles can cause problems.

    So, bottom line is that there are a lot of things we do as builders that can cause lot transfer issues, be they to the Library or Gallery.  Tbh, from my own experience, I have found lots that I built and then couldn't upload to my Library to transfer to a new save and I got the time out error message.   So, sometimes, you just have to accept the fact that you can't transfer one no matter what you do.  I suggest you check the lot over carefully and experiment with modifying or deleting a few things to see if you can find a way around or solve the problem.

    Thanks for the reply.
    With going through a lot of forums online I think it might be the paintings I have hung up in the build. There's a few paint from refrence paintings up, so I am going to try and replace those later and then try again to upload.
