Unable to Woohoo & Settings keep reverting to original. Sims 4

Hey. Is anyone else having glitch issue on Sim 4? I play on Xbox Series S. I started a new game recently. Every time i load up the game all my settings reset literally every time, so i have to keep changing them back every time i load onto the game. I also noticed there is absolutely no options for “woohoo”. I am at full relationship with one of the townie sims, the only options i have are the options like “kiss, hug,cuddle in bed” ect… Its like the “woohoo” option is gone. I know there is usually glitches after new packs/updates so maybe this is it? Just wondering is anyone else is having any of these issue! Please let me know thanks!
