Undeletable object in Magic Realm

Hello! I have wierd problem and I have noooo idea how to fix it.
I wanted to place new lot in magic realm, School of Magic by Frau Engel
But I can not do it because of some undeletable object

I tried delete everything on lot using Sledgehammer, I cant see anything, but still "Can not place because undeletable object"
Maybe anyone know what to do in this situation?

    Hi! I'm so sorry, you gaven't gotten an answer before now. @rosemow are you around? Any ideas?

    I know you said you used the sledgehammer tool but, did you try bulldozing the lot and the terrain? Also, have you tried placing the lot on a different piece of property? I don't have ROM but, I was able to place the lot in Newcrest.

    I am not sure if you have found a solution yet? It may be connected that it is a special lot.
