Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

I have purchased Island Living, City Living, My Wedding Stories, Dream home Decor, Laundry Day, Vintage Glam and Romantic Garden in the past. My library shows installed, but marketplace only says owned, and does not load into my save files that use that folder. There is no other issue installing the other packs. I believe this is a bug since the install or verify installation is usually an option in ‘marketplace’. I believe this to be an edge case, where something is uninstalled and reinstalled, despite being the same account, and it is not loading every pack I have purchased. I already restarted my computer and the program and client. Nothing works and I need help accessing the packs I clearly purchased. It says it is downloaded in LIBRARY for EA Games, but the actual game is not communicating effectively. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to explain what you're seeing.

If you haven't already, please clear the EA App's cache and repair the game to see if those DLCs appear as installed in-game then. Also, make sure that the folders for the missing packs are in the same folder as the packs that do appear; if not, delete those incorrectly placed folders and install the corresponding DLC one at a time.
