University won’t resume save.

I have two playable households. The one household is in university. I saved the game while my sim  was doing homework. When trying to resume (and load) it ended in an error and sent me to manage worlds. I had to go to my other household to play and go straight back to manage worlds in order to play the household in university. (I don’t use mods). I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if I hadn’t had another household (unless having another household is the issue although I doubt it.)

    Could you please provide the following information

    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • Did you never have any mod or remove them ? Does this include no cc ?
    • What's the error code you're getting ?

    • Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

      - Delete the ones you have
      - Trigger the error again
      - Check if new ones are created
      - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


      Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
