updated clothes disappear after one time

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by going on the clothes section of create or edit sim
What happens when the bug occurs? new outfits/clothes appear and then disappear for ages afterwards
What do you expect to see? there are new outfits which I use, then I go to another household and the new outfits disappear from create a sim and don't come back

updates don't work on outfits properly. I see new outfits or clothes in the clothing section of create a sim. I go to another household to use new clothes but they disappear and usually don't come back.
