There was indeed another patch a couple of days ago (PC/Mac) For consoles it was supposed to be this weekend, Don't know if it has shipped.
If you after the latest patch still have issues check to see if there are threads covering them. Otherwise create your own. One per issue so it is easier to track them and merge with existing threads.
