Usable spiral stairs.
I have checked and pretty much am sure this doesnt exist but has anyone in the mod community made a usable spiral stair case? I found one that actually sets down with move objects cheat but it doesnt adjust for wall height and Im pretty sure its not usable. With round towers in Victorians its really sad that I have to turn those towers into office rooms or some such when they would be perfect with spiral stairs.
@Ticklepink68 I agree that spiral stairs would be a wonderful, popular, and highly desired addition to The Sims 4, but they do not exist in the game or in any of the expansions/packs from EA. Angled/L-shaped staircases of various types are also a highly desired option that has not been addressed by the designers. As far as mods, personally I don't use them as I see way too much of the damage they can cause to your game if not maintained and designed properly. We do not recommend users to mods on this forum, as far as I know, so unfortunately I think you will not get a mod recommendation here.
Edit: I have just consulted with a fellow helper and apparently the spiral stairs options would only be cc (custom content) that creates only a decorative item not the script that would be needed to make the sim able to interact properly with the item (to use the stairs properly in-game). Sorry. I think the best option is to add a recommendation to EA for adding these stairs in-game - which would then also include the needed code to use them.
