Vampire Thirst decay's 10x faster than it should

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Sims 4 Vampire Character.
What happens when the bug occurs? The thirst decay's way faster than it should about 10x faster than a normal hunger decay.
What do you expect to see? Teen, Young Adult, Full Adult.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Thirst decay he is never full unless he drinks deeply and it only lasts for 4 seconds.

Already ran a repair. 

Already cleaned caches.

Already did an uninstall and reinstall of all games.

Edit: 

A follow up, superior blood packs give the same amount of plasma as regular in that it doesn't give anything.Plasma fruit give the same quality as computer bought plasma packs.
