Not long ago, I visited the Von Haunt Estate in Windenburg with my Sims and later discovered the ghosts, Mimsy and Bernard, in the family editor. So, are they playable now, and can I move them onto the lot? Is this how it's supposed to be, or is it a bug?
MunchFamily Mimsy and Bernard have always been hidden because they are special sims with a specific role. I don't think they are meant to be played and have no idea if there will be any negative effects if you play them so if you do, just be prepared to start a new save if there are. They are still hidden in my game. I don't know if they have an ask to join household/move in option as I haven't ever looked. If there is a bug, I would think it would be that they showed up in Manage Households in the first place unless you have and used a mod that made them visible. There is at least one mod that I know of that has an option to do that, but one drawback is it is all or nothing (makes all hidden sims visible) and you can't hide them again.
