Wall pattern with platform next to it has a different color than the room.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get together, Seasons, Island Living, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Vampires, Backyard Stuff, Bowling Night Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a platform next to a wall and apply a wall pattern to that wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? The wall pattern of the wall next to the platform is lighter/darker than the one from the rest of the room.
What do you expect to see? The same color of the wall pattern.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When I move around objects the wall pattern has the same color but when I place the object/wall/door/window or whatever it's like in the pictures I attached.

    I tested this and did not find an issue.  It does look like the same wall paint around a platform looks different than the rest of the room when you hover your cursor over either space.  But when your cursor is not in either space, the walls look the same.  I also found that in some cases that placing the platform wipes out the ceiling above it and that can cause it to appear to be different too.  Replacing the ceiling makes it look the same though.  And in live mode, everything looked the same for me.
