We need plastic surgery

Today a very traumatic experience happened to me, I had two pretty sims and they made an ugly child. Sometimes when your sim comes out looking like a bald Jojo siwa it really makes you deeply concerned- therefore after that life changing experience I embarked on I feel like it’s only right to add a command/ place where you can get plastic surgery for your sim because babeee let me tell you my sims nose is the size of Siberia and her butt looks like the pancakes I made this morning. Tysm I hope you consider this desperate plea from a person with a depressingly ugly sim.

We do have plastic surgery if you have cheats enabled.  CAS.fulleditmode.  :D

    On PC: press control-shift-C

    On Mac: press command-shift-C

On Console:  press all four shoulder buttons

Type CAS.fulleditmode into the white box at top left.

Then edit the kid in CAS ("plan an outfit") and "fix" them.  You can change any aspect of their appearance, just like they were a brand new Sim in CAS.

I think as console player it would be nice if they have an option who don’t disable the achievement system or need the gallery *trick*. I normally make my story NPC as adult and age it down to toddler (if I play a family) Most the time I hate the *natural* born sims, simple because I’m a control freak and don’t like they looks.
