You picture shows that you have no save game so this is the default family.
Since you only have the New game, the game is currently not recognizing your save games. Are you using oneDrive ? You can find instructions on how to find out which folder your game is using here: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Depending on whether you have save games or not, it can be a problem cause if you do have a load but this family, it means you have no active family which can have a few causes
- Some mod issue
- A corrupt save
- You choose to have a save with no active family (not a problem).
