whenever i start buildmode its allways nighttime, why is that?

    @MagicNeko13 Whatever time of day it was when you left your last played household will carry over to build mode when you start building on any lot.

I suppose it's because nighttime is when it's most convenient to build. There usually seems to be too much going on during the day to interrupt it for a build session. Build/Buy mode starts with the current time phase but you can change it to other phases by pressing L or clicking on the sun/moon symbol at the righthand end of the Build/Buy tools.
