Where are the gendered bathroom doors?

I've recently built an Arts Centre, and I was planning on having its facilities divided by gender, but I notice I've only been able to find these gender-neutral doors attached below. Have they been removed? This is not my first time struggling to find them. I have all DLCS except for Adventure Away installed.
