Where's the Cosy Bistro Kit?

So when I go into Build & Buy and look to narrow down my choices by packs that I own, then Cosy Bistro (and the new pool one which I've not got) doesn't show up as an option.  However, if I go into the Maxis-built building and select one of the walls, floors, doors, etc then it comes up as a Base Game item.

What's going on?  Anyone else finding this?  Have I been swindled and it's been amalgamated into Base Game, and if so will I get my money back?

    The Bistro kit is to be found in the kits section of the filter in build/buy mode just as all the other kits.

    Does the kit show as installed in the EA app?

    It doesn't appear in the filter.  Neither it nor Riveria Retreat (which I do not own) appear when I try to filter my kits, but I can still find the items in the catelogue they just lack the Cosy Bistro kit logo, so I can't filter for those items, they appear as though part of Base Game.  On the EA App it states it's in my library and I have no option for downloading the kit again.

    Maybe you should clear the cache of the app, repair your game and try without any mods, if you use some..
