Why can’t child occult sims do occult things?

This is a suggestion with a question title. I saw the new teen pack and decided that the occult children need an update! Why can’t young spellcasters learn magic? Why can’t werewolf pups turn into little werewolves? etc etc
Mermaids and Aliens definitely need a general update however I think children would be much more fun to have if there were occult night schools for children!
for example werewolf pups could learn control growing up at an occult night school and automatically join the pack their parents have connections to.
spellcaster children can learn basic magic with the help of their magical mentor parent/s and potentially use it for pranks? The cooking with parents thing but with a cauldron and spells?? That would be adorable!
Vamp children could have sun effects if night school existed… and be slightly more realistic to what a vampire childhood would resemble.
mermaid children maybe get a better grip of weather control? Maybe they learn to swim with their new tails and mermaid instructors? And as toddlers when bathing their tail come out? I think more should be added to mermaids generally but I don’t have any particular suggestions but other people do
aliens are currently quite boring but maybe alien children space blast each other? Not sure how school would be too different for them but I imagine night school would still be good for them as they get to see the stars and point to their homes!
pleeeeease consider this even though it would be work. I would pay for another pack just for this update.😭 I’m a PS5 user so I can’t get mods
