I would love this, too! The current sickness system is a joke. It would be nice if there were some illnesses that you could buy medicine for on the internet but for others you need to see a doctor.

Since I play a doctor, I'm forever saying, "Yep, my Sim has Starry Eyes/Sweaty Shivers, I can tell by the idle animation, why can't I buy meds yet?" LOL
