Why Can't I upload?

I tried to upload this family I just made but it keeps showing this error message. I have no cc or mods. I tried changing the last name to just Willow in case EA was being childish and not accepting the word wood in a last name, i tried taking out all text in the description and it still comes up with this message, so i put it back. But I can upload a randomly generated sim just fine. I completely cleaned out everything. did a back up and made a  new sims folder like someone instructed me and tried again but still wont accept them. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it to let me upload my family .I'm including the two images and empty mods folder to show there is no mods in my folder and that i have no cc.  I tried uploading the woman on her own and that worked fine but once i uploaded the full family it comes up with that error so i don't know what the gallery has against me uploading this family?
