Will sims 4, some DLC and some mods work on this pc ??

I’m thinking about moving from console to Pc but I’m not sure what to look for. I have found a Pc which might work I’m not to sure, I am on a budget and trying to find something that will run it with...

@jpkarlsen Without the graphics would I still be able to run the sims, or are they needed ?

    @jpkarlsen It says something about the graphics controller model being UDH Graphics 630. Is that good ?

      @Kayla69x Integrated graphics like that are never particularly good but you should be able to run the game with medium settings. Stand alone graphics are needed for Ultra settings.

        @jpkarlsen You replied earlier saying I would be able to run the sims, does that include DLC aswell or would that be to much ?
