I'm just curious to know if the top surgery scars will ever be made available for female sims. As a breast cancer survivor and a double mastectomy "flattie" (flat closure). It would be nice to have that representation available in the SIM world; especially since more and more young women are being diagnosed with breast cancer.
And since the technology/code already exists, I assume it's not that big of an ask?
It is in game just isnt tagged the reason why is because it simply just dosent show up its hidden by the bra, see for your self on how it looks on the sim and the thumbnail. They didnt tag it for any age groups or fashion choice so it dosent show up. Incase you want it the name is: yfSkinDetail_BodyScarTorsoFront_SDX021TopSurgery and for males ymSkinDetail_BodyScarTorsoFront_SDX021TopSurgery
I guess that makes sense. I'd even be happy if I was just able to get the chest flat... but that isn't even possible.
I'm assuming it also has to do with the clothing options and how they fit. Just wishful thinking.
Actually if you use a male sim with female frame and fashion choice you can do that and you get the body scar
You can also change the pronoun to "She/Her" if you use the male sim with a female frame. It works very well!

I have a sim with a storyline of being a breast cancer survivor and I wanted to use the top scars on a female sim but they are not available. Now I'm hearing they are for male sims only, why would you do something like this? The point is to be able to tell your own stories and their should not be discrimination against female sims so please be more considerate and inclusive in the future. I would like to request a fix for this in an update soon. Thank you!
