I am still unable to to learn the last 2 spells to complete the book and my powers are Max out it's saying I have learn all that I can for all the categories but it's still 2 that's shaded I am unable to learn.

So I did and they said the mischief and untamed said I need to up my exp which I am at max and they still won't teach me
Hi mstia804 have you got their friendship bars up? They gave my sim the last three when their friendship with my sim was quite high about three quarters full, I think that's what they mean when they say you need higher levels.
