Wohoo Not Working - Help!

Hello,

I recently started experiencing an issue in my game where my sims cannot complete any kind of "wohoo" command. The animation starts, but then they reset before the command can be completed. 

I removed everything from my mods folder, and I am still having the same issue. 

Any help would be much appreciated!
