Won't let me play my saved files.
Every time I try to resume a previous game it says I don't have the required packs, despite me owning all of them and making the characters plus houses from scratch. It says my game needs a restart which I tried multiple times, yet it still won't let me go without playing with just base game.
I figured it out! it turns out although i have my packs downloaded, they somehow weren’t actually installed in my game. i went through EA and steam to add them back in my game, thanks.
