Woohoo and try for baby option isn't available

I started a new game with a teenager. She was dating Kevin Puri through High school. I aged them both up through a cake. They're currently married. However there's not an option to have them woohoo. ...

How do their romance bars look? If these are low on pink, the option to woohoo and try for baby won't show up. Also, make sure you've enabled the options to get pregnant resp impregnate in CAS.
