Woohoo or try for baby not working

My sims won't woohoo or try for a baby when the option is selected. It lets me select either option, but then when the sims go to do the action they just T pose and reset. I've tried to pick different locations like the bed or shower, but nothing is working. I deleted all of my mods and tried repairing the game, but still no success. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
