[XB] Sim’s head is invisible (can only see teeth)

In my legacy save, one of my sim’s head is completely missing. I can only see his teeth. I’m not sure how to fix. I attached a picture below

    That seemed to have fixed it for now at least. I’m not sure what caused it. Thank you.
