Xbox sales on expansion packs nonexistent for months

Hi when ea has a sale on Sims 4 expansion packs they usually extend those sale prices to Xbox network. Why no sales during spring event/for months now?

    Hi there Samuswise and Dalayna the content for Xbox is sold by Microsoft and they run their own sales. You'll see them on your Sims 4 homescreen when they are taking place. Sometimes the sales coincide with sales on other platforms but often they are at different times.

    I am having the same issue! The last two Sims4 spring and community sale did not show up on my Xbox Series X.

    Sales on expansion packs on Xbox have always gone on sale at the same time as ea sales as well as additional times. Why the change this year when for years and years we could get sales when EA runs a sale. I've been watching every day for months - Xbox hasn't run any sales on their packs.

    Samuswise there have been several sales that have happened at different times for different platforms. We often get players reaching out to ask about it. But it's really down to Microsoft as they run their sales. You can also send feedback to them directly.
