Youth potion not showing up

My sim purchased a youth potion (it's only 2 days till his birthday and I barely got enough achievement points to do it), but it took his points and the potion never showed up.  I don't want him to a...

Could you check if it's in the family inventory in build mode?

Checked that, it's not there either. ☹️

      Ah, I knew all of those but I didn't think of them for this instance.  I guess I'll just have to turn auto-aging off until he builds up enough achievement points again and then try one more time!

        ARGH it's still not working!  I'm gonna have to find a cheat or something. ☹️
