👻 Ghost Toddler/Child ?

Is there a way to make my toddler or child sims ghost in TS4? I think it would be adorable
(well even though of course that implies they must die first but... )

I just recall they would usually be taken by child services
so is there way around it without mods? or some specific death type?

You can download ghost toddlers in the gallery and you don’t need any mods for it. That’s the only way I know how to do it without using mods or cheats personally - obviously the original creator would have had to cheat to create the toddler in the first place, but it’s something that doesn’t need anything extra added to the game to work

    Of course. Those trait cheats!

Assign any ghost trait with that cheat (testingcheats need to be true).
    Use this cheat:
    traits.equip_trait

    Let me provide an example:
    traits.equip_trait drown

In The Sims 4, children have 6 ways to die.
    • Fire (Always has been)

    • Freezing (Seasons)
    • Overheating (Seasons)

You know, come to think of it, one of the insects or creatures that attacked Beatrix in jungle adventure may have set her on fire and killed her that way, not poison. It’s hard to remember, that was already like 2 years ago lol. I’m attached to child aged Beatrix so I keep her from aging.

  • Drowning is probably the easiest way to kill a child.
(Holycrap that sounds evil! Oi!) :o
Build a tiny pool, get them swimming in it, then block it off with walls.
Or keep then swimming in their queue. I haven't honestly killed any children in-game, but instead of cheats, have done it for adults that I just wanted to have in-game as back-family for some sims on their history.

bruh u unintentionally sounded real dark right there

    Doh! :D :D :D
  • As a sim serial killer lol I wont kill toddlers, babies or children even though the ghosts would be cute, I couldn't do that even if they are not real ?

Okay so I decided to go with cheat
it doesn't stop toddler needs though so I suppose they still could be stolen by mean aunties if I fail to keep those up

Will a ghost toddler or child (or any ghost) age up? I play without aging on and now I’m curious if they age since they do have other normal needs
  • hmm now what shall i do with bjergsens that supposedly let poor girl drown in their ugly modern pool... >:) i think punishment is needed

@EgonVM lol the worst curse - eternal homework.

Obviously if you go into CAS full edit mode you can age a ghost up manually, but if they blow out candles on a cake will it force them to age up too?

Nope. The game won't even allow you to use birthday cake to age ghosts up. Even death flower scented flower arrangments won't work.
