When On Sale - Yes! 🧐 After Bug Fixes and major improvements. If The Sims would run without major bug issues, I would have bought it earlier, but at the current state—nope. Corrupt Save issues and Raining inside are just the top concerns besides many other issues this game has like crashing when playing on a high-end pc with ultra settings and updated drivers and patches. I don't want to regret it if anything goes south—It's that simple. As I have a high-end PC and "The Sims" keeps crashing every 30 minutes or so without mods. However, my pc doesn't crash, though, for example, with Cyberpunk 2077 and some other games. Well, CP2077 requires much more juice regarding performance when I play on ultra settings, yet it works like a charm. 😉😆But there is room for improvement in The Sims.
