Well if I had to put up a very optimistic wishlist of what I'd hope to see announced for this year:
-In game advertisements reduced.
-A new playable occult being introduced that has not appeared in any previous sims game before, through either an expansion or pack. Could be an android or cyborg, new alien types along with an alien revamp to give them an ability tree too.
-Likes and dislikes actually made to affect sims behaviour. Like not automatically doing things they hate.
-More instruments added in a game or stuff pack. Drums, saxophone or flute could be nice to see, especially if there's also a magical flute.
-A bathroom kit that adds a full set of bathroom furniture: Toilet, bath, shower, bath shower combination, sink, counter and mirror that all match perfectly and are available in the same colours. Along with other stuff like rugs, curtains, towels, a toilet roll and such too.
-Elevators. I don't care in what kind of content package it is or a free update, but I really want elevators.
-Men's casual clothing kit. A clothing kit for male sims consisting of all the basic stuff that a lot of men will actually wear in real life. Various jeans that are not skin tight and aren't too short either for full length pants, new cargo pants, shirts that might be a little messy or even have some stains on them, various sunglasses, hats, worn sneakers, a comfortable worn leather coat, etc. Not stuff runway models would wear, but actual men. And Stuff that may not look brand new either.
-Facial hair kit. Beards, moustaches and all kinds of facial hair. It could include two new shaving interactions as well: One by the sim themselves using a mirror to give themselves a smooth shave which could give a little positive buff. But also a new mean mischief interaction to shave someone's facial hair off when they sleep. Can always use a mirror to give it back to them right away, the prank would rightfully anger sims.
-Tattoo kit. Just lots of tattoos in various styles, and for every part of the body. It could be several matching sets for each area, and can even allow a Sim to pretty much have their full body tattooed. Possibly it could be combined with piercings, adding some of those too.
