Happy release day everyone!!! I honestly don't remember the last time I was so excited for an EP and actually preordered it!!!! One hour and 4 minutes left until its available for download and it feels like its dragging.. Who else is super excited????
You know, my computer decided to unalive itself as well. Though, at that time I was mad at E.A. Games and didn't play the Sims 4 (much). Don't ask, I thought Sims 4 was boring, but then when my computer died I got a Mac and thought I couldn't play the games anymore, so for a long time I didn't play any games, then a few weeks back I started back with the sims 4 and realized (it's not bad), so I'm not spending money (left and right) to get The Sims expansion packs.
Right, lol funny how you get tired of something and eventually find your way back to it. I did that with TS3, unfortunately event the newest laptop couldn't handle the Island map on there. which was a total bummer cause it was my absolute favorite of all.
Just tried to go in game and back it up, thats the only way i know how to do it. And its updating.
It goes live in half hour.
Sage advice. I did that first thing before I started playing my game this morning. Going to grab a quick shower now. That will take up part of the time I have to wait. Then since I played this morning, I'll back up my game again, that way I will be able to pick up where I left off. And I think I'll take a moment to clear off some of the backup folders from my desktop while I wait. Keeping busy is key.
I don't get why they don't do it from midnight of the day its due to be released. Here in the UK I'm having to wait till 6pm!!

I got an email stating that my pre-order of the new expansion pack is ready for me to play it.
