I keep hearing this is coming in December but it hasn't been confirmed by the Sims team.(?) If this is coming why hasn't it been officially announced?

Unfortuanatly my 6 year old laptop died a blue screen death. I am saving to take it to Dell. Hoping they can fix it since its an Alienware. If not then I can only buy a new one in a years time.
