2 Sims stuck in rooms, help!

Thanks for replies. The world is Oasis Springs and the house is an original, Agave Abode. I tried replacing the door and also tried a walk through frame, but still stuck? Sometimes after re-starting the game, they free themselves, but then soon get stuck again? The other sim is stuck in the hallway not able to enter any room or go outside. The only thing I can try, is to move to another house as this one is bugged!
