Foraging in the Magic Realm (even as a human) resulted in finding a Magician's Wand.
This might work on any collection in any world, but it was the first item I foraged, and it was in the Magic Realm.

My Freegan Sim is foraging everywhere! But if you notice they've suddenly become unwell and feel dazed 😵💫, check they haven't picked up a Cowplant Horn and get rid of it from their inventory or they'll feel pretty rough as long as they are carrying it around. They'll have a dazed buff that ends once you've removed the horn from their inventory.🫨 I don't know their effects on Fairies as I haven't played one yet.
