Disclaimer: I'm in no way an expert, I've just been researching the topic a bit lately as I'm in the market for a new PC myself, so this is just my opinion based on that reserch, I will not be held responsible for any wrongful purchases :smile:
If I where to chose either of those 2 PCs I'd probably go with the Zoostorm as it has the larger SSD and the newer generation i7 (that from my research is the better of the 2 choices here, more future proof) the graphics card might not be as future proof as the RTX 2070 in the PC Specialist PC but that can be swapped out if it starts to have trouble running the newest games (a possible future Sims 5 maybe?) ..
