Maybe the completely different kingdoms are like the Universities, with many of the assets in a design that could be used by all of them. From the heralds, it seems to me that there will be a sea kingdom, a forest area kingdom and maybe a bush/desert area kingdom. We already have quite a lot of hirable help, maids, butlers, nannies, cooks, gardeners, etc. I don't think they will need to add more. If the royalty is modern day, then they don't even need to add that much modern stuff like clothing and furniture and could focus on adding some more historical items and maybe some really expensive items sims could buy.

Yes to the dragons. I would love some new pets for my sims. 

It seems to be unrealistic because of the 3 completely different kingdoms.

With 300 items for EP (CAS + B/B), it means 100 items for each kingdom (size of 4 kits).

I think Maxis was focused on Royal and Noble stuff for each kingdom (Maybe a lot of jewelry).

Definitely a royalty pack, but I hope it's more Regency era than Medieval, honestly. 

I really hope that Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy have Blacksmiths, Servants, Spearsmen, Proper Swordsmen, Catapults, Playable & Caravans.  Also I still would love to finally see big playable Dragons.

Seahorse + Anchor ? Could it be the banner of an Underwater Mermaid kingdom ?

I'm not completely sure about it but the first banner could be a Protea (flower of South Africa)

I had to look up the novel series as I am not familiar with them. A grumpy pet frog is OK I guess, but I like more kukkahilla's idea about a sim kissing frogs right and left hoping to find the enchanted one. 😁😂 I mean the frogs we have in game now, don't do much, they just sit there in their tank, and I think there is a stew we can make with them, and a grumpy frog won't be much different from what we have now.  Some fun interactions besides viewing them would be nice. 😘🤪😝
