A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

I’ve had the same issue with both industrial and eco. Both seem to drop to neutral quickly and that’s even using the cheats. Also for one neighbourhood I tried to make it eco put solar panels down, trees, changed wallpaper, floors and it turned industrial not eco. So I’ve given up on it and turned the whole thing off as the pause thing seems to turn it off not pause it.
