A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

I did an unintentional test. I used The Old Mill lot in Port Promise (industrial footprint), traits of Geothermal/Natural Well/Fast Internet. The first 3 days the Sims were coughing and choking and getting the negative buff. I added 3 wind turbines. The next 2 days, negative buff, choking, and coughing. Then I changed the flooring through the house to one of the new eco-friendly ones. No negative buff, no coughing, and no choking. The footprint was neutral for all of Port Promise. I didn't do anything else.
