A micro size home for one sim
I found out that micro-homes will be no larger than 32 squares, I was able to do this with the Nookstone in Oasis Springs. If you are like me, it will be a bit difficult to create a different variety...

Yes! It’s any tile that’s on a foundation, so interior, porches, and decks. So if you wanted to make a little patio just on the grass it won’t count towards your tile limit.
