A more mature version of Sims?

I think the Sims were fine the way they were it wasn't until Sims 4 that they start putting crap in the game silly stuff like men having babies, and other things which I won't mention because I will get banned. As far as more mature content it is very silly now so I don't see how that would be possible the stuff in the game is rather childish I don't play with some of these interactions.
