A variety of issues. Mainly in changing identity/outfit

I have no custom content.  Never have.  I play several families, and when I loaded into my werewolf family, there were a host of issues.  The mom is a werewolf, and she didn't even have the option to turn back to normal.  This was fixed *most of the time* by going to plan outfit and flipping through outfits.  Her rank bar is maxed and WILL NOT give me any more ability points.  That can't be fixed.  When she eventually frenzies, her rage stays full until I cheat her needs full.  Also, she has twin boys who are BOTH in the "I'm a bear" phase and won't put on the bear outfit or even get the option.  

Steps I've tried:  entering and exiting lot

Moving

Repairing game

Clearing cache

Copied save to fresh game

Restarted laptop.
